These strings are made with high quality Tuff Tack 6mm diameter yachting braid on braid rope. They have a loop at one end and a small leather popper at the other end.

The 4ft string is most often used in conjunction with the smaller 3ft training stick/carrot stick.  The 6ft strings are most often used in conjunction with the 4ft training stick/carrot stick.
