Delivery

Every effort is made to dispatch parcels within 24 hours of receiving your order.

All goods are dispatched by 1st class post. Please allow approximately 3 working days for delivery within the UK.

The horseman's flags and training sticks are sent as Standard Parcels due to their length and can take approximately 7 working days for delivery within the UK.

From time to time items can be temporarily out of stock, you will be contacted and we will then advise the lead time.

Please ensure that any bank charges are paid for by yourself.

Customs & Import Duties:

Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

Returns Policy

Our rope products carry a 12 month warranty. Should you find the item you have ordered does not fit correctly, we are happy to exchange it if returned to us in good/unused condition. The postage cost for returning goods is the customers responsibility. We make every effort to ensure that items are shipped in perfect condition. However, if you find any item to be faulty, we will happily replace it.
